Talent Acquisition Specialist – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Al Marwan Group is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in Arabic to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for professional and administrative positions across its diverse business units. The role demands a fast‑paced, multitasking environment and offers the chance to shape the company’s talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Write and publish engaging job ads on job boards, the company website, and social media.
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess fit against role criteria.
• Coordinate final interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Support onboarding and ensure accurate recruitment documentation.
• Track recruitment metrics, produce reports, and suggest process improvements.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction, heavy equipment, or related industries in the UAE.
• Proven ability to recruit for a range of roles, including senior and C‑level positions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with solid reporting skills.
