Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead Emiratization recruitment projects for government, semi‑government and private sector clients. The role is fully remote, based in the UAE, and focuses on sourcing and placing Emirati talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Emiratization recruitment projects across multiple sectors.
• Source and engage Emirati candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, career fairs, referrals and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with Emirati talent pools and key stakeholders.
• Conduct screening, interviews, assessments and shortlisting of candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and drive the recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
• Advise clients on Emiratization strategies and provide market insights.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Deliver against hiring targets and KPIs in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Emiratization recruitment.
• Background in recruitment agencies, executive search or in‑house talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the local market and Emiratization initiatives.
• Excellent sourcing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
