Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

CNS Engineering Service is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of technical and engineering talent. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to source, screen, and onboard candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on SmartRecruiters, social media, job boards and niche networks to attract a diverse candidate pool.
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including referrals and networking, to find qualified technical and engineering professionals.
• Screen CVs against job descriptions, client requirements and technical parameters; shortlist top candidates.
• Conduct preliminary phone, online and in‑person interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical assessments, client interviews and follow‑up discussions.
• Prepare and send offer letters, manage acceptance and communicate terms clearly.
• Oversee onboarding, including consultancy agreements, work‑permit/visa documentation, pre‑deployment induction and IT setup.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with visa and work‑permit processes.

Required profile

• Highly motivated with a strong interest in talent acquisition for technical roles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with team leads, business partners and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet tight timelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SmartRecruiters or similar applicant tracking systems.
