Talent Acquisition Specialist – Media, Creative & Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a fast, experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high‑volume hiring for media, editorial, creative, video, SEO, marketing and digital positions. Based in Dubai’s JLT, the role is hands‑on and requires sourcing, screening and moving candidates quickly across global time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for media, editorial, creative, video, SEO, marketing and digital roles.
• Source global talent using platforms beyond LinkedIn and Indeed, such as Upwork, freelance marketplaces, portfolio sites, niche job boards and creative communities.
• Contact a high volume of candidates daily, keep pipelines moving fast and screen based on portfolios, showreels, writing samples and published work.
• Coordinate interviews, follow‑ups and hiring steps with speed and precision.
• Work directly with leadership on urgent hiring priorities and adapt sourcing strategies instantly.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on talent acquisition experience.
• Strong background hiring for media, editorial, creative, video, content, SEO, marketing or digital roles.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume recruitment across multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Experience sourcing globally and using platforms beyond standard job boards.
• Fast thinker, highly organized, proactive and able to work independently.
• Fluent English and willingness to work with urgency, including outside standard hours when needed.
