About the role

Richkey Properties is seeking a Junior Real Estate Recruiter to support and execute recruitment activities for its real estate teams in Dubai. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding for agents and back‑office positions. It is an execution‑focused position suitable for candidates with hands‑on experience in Dubai real‑estate recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for real estate roles (agents and back‑office positions)
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and shortlist suitable profiles
• Coordinate interviews and follow‑ups with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Support offer coordination and onboarding processes
• Ensure recruitment activities follow agreed timelines and quality standards

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate recruitment in Dubai
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and hiring requirements
• Experience sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, and referrals
• Detail‑oriented and organized
• Currently based in Dubai
