Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruiter (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. In this full‑time position you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Post vacancies on relevant platforms and attract qualified candidates.
• Screen CVs, conduct interviews and coordinate hiring steps.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential talent.
• Collaborate closely with the HR manager to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
• Organised, proactive and target‑oriented mindset.
