Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (Commission)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Whitecarrot’s Founder’s Office. The role is remote, commission‑based, and offers a path to relocate to Dubai as the business expands. You will act as a fractional recruiter for multiple clients, using AI‑enhanced tools to source and present top‑quality candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Partner directly with customers to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Headhunt and source talent across tech and non‑tech functions using LinkedIn, Apollo, Signal Hire and other platforms.
• Run outreach sequences, assess candidate interest, and conduct initial evaluations.
• Prepare concise shortlists and share them with hiring managers.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain candidate feedback in the ATS.
• Provide product feedback to improve Whitecarrot’s AI sourcing tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment agency experience focused on the UAE or KSA market.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven headhunting ability, especially for passive candidates.
• High attention to detail and self‑starter attitude.
• Comfortable hiring for both technical and non‑technical roles.
