Talent Sourcing Specialist – HR Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role you will be the engine of our recruitment pipeline, uncovering hidden talent and building diverse candidate pools for fast‑growing sectors such as Fintech, SaaS, and iGaming.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using Boolean and X‑ray search techniques across LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and niche platforms.
• Conduct deep‑dive research and talent mapping of target companies and industries to anticipate hiring needs.
• Craft personalized outreach messages that reflect company culture and drive candidate interest.
• Perform initial resume reviews and first‑pass qualifications to ensure only relevant profiles advance.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS, generate reports on sourcing channel effectiveness, and continuously optimise workflow with AI‑driven tools.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of dedicated sourcing or recruitment experience, focused on top‑of‑funnel activities.
• Experience sourcing within Fintech, PSP, SaaS, or iGaming is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to use advanced Boolean and X‑ray search methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field is a plus, but proven sourcing success is valued.

Required skills

• Advanced Boolean search and X‑ray search techniques.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with HiBob or similar ATS platforms.
• Comfort with AI‑driven talent discovery and outreach automation tools.
