Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role you will be the engine of our recruitment process, building diverse pipelines and delivering a steady flow of high‑quality candidates for fast‑moving sectors such as Fintech, SaaS and iGaming.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using Boolean and X‑ray search techniques across LinkedIn Recruiter, social media and niche platforms.
• Conduct deep‑dive research and talent mapping of target companies and industries.
• Craft personalized outreach messages that reflect our culture and drive candidate interest.
• Perform initial resume reviews and first‑pass qualifications to ensure only relevant profiles advance.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS, generate reports on sourcing channel effectiveness and optimize data integrity.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of dedicated sourcing or recruitment experience, preferably in top‑of‑funnel activities.
• Experience sourcing within Fintech, PSP, SaaS or iGaming is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated “hunt” mentality with a passion for finding hard‑to‑fill talent.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions quickly.
• Excellent communication skills for regular market pulse updates.

Required skills

• Advanced Boolean and X‑ray search techniques.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with HiBob or similar Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Comfort using AI‑driven sourcing and outreach automation tools.
