Team Lead – US Technology Recruitment (Dubai)

About the role

Halian is seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to head its US technology recruitment function from our Dubai office. You will manage a small, high‑performing team while staying hands‑on with sourcing and delivery across the US tech market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of US technology recruiters.
• Drive team performance, activity levels and recruitment delivery.
• Support recruiters with sourcing strategies, candidate engagement and market knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across the US technology sector.
• Partner with Recruitment Consultants to meet client requirements.
• Monitor team metrics and champion continuous improvement.
• Maintain your own recruitment activity while leading the team.
• Help shape and expand Halian’s US technology recruitment function.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technology recruitment, preferably with exposure to the US market.
• Background in supporting, mentoring or leading recruiters.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Motivated, ambitious and passionate about developing others.
