Team Leader - Audit

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader – Audit to join our growing Audit & Assurance team in Dubai. The role involves leading audit engagements from planning through to completion while ensuring high‑quality deliverables for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
• Supervise and review the work of audit staff
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and ISA standards
• Liaise with clients and manage audit deliverables
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Support managers in engagement execution

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional qualification (CA / ACCA / CPA preferred)
• 4–7 years of audit experience
• Strong knowledge of IFRS & auditing standards
• Proven experience in leading audit teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
