Team Leader – Luxury Retail Boutique

About the role

As a Team Leader for Cartier’s boutique, you will act as an ambassador of the Maison, driving sales performance and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will lead a team of sales associates, coach them on the floor and ensure the boutique operates to the highest standards of luxury retail.

Key responsibilities

• Support achievement of boutique and individual sales targets.
• Lead, motivate and coach the team to deliver outstanding client service.
• Maintain a strong sales floor presence, identifying and acting on business opportunities.
• Collaborate with boutique management on performance action plans.
• Uphold Cartier’s client experience standards and foster long‑term client relationships.
• Provide on‑floor coaching, onboarding and continuous learning for team members.
• Ensure boutique presentation, compliance with Maison policies and operational standards.
• Serve as a product‑category reference, sharing client feedback and supporting visual merchandising.

Required profile

• Proven retail leadership experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong client relationship and sales skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive, collaborative and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
