Team Member - Airside Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Team Member to support airside operations at Emirates Flight Catering in Dubai. The role involves executing aircraft loading and off‑loading activities in line with galley loading plans and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute aircraft loading and off‑loading accurately and on time according to Galley Loading Plans, SOPs and safety requirements.
• Operate and marshal high loaders in compliance with airside regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
• Coordinate with team leaders and stakeholders to ensure on‑time aircraft turnaround.
• Communicate operational status, issues or hazards promptly to team leaders.
• Escalate any incident or safety concern immediately to the Team Leader.
• Follow the Quality Policy and ISO 9001:2000 based quality system while performing duties.
• Maintain personal compliance with mandatory training, certifications and personal protective equipment.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the food or logistics industry, preferably airline catering.
• Commitment to adhere to airside safety procedures and company policies.
