Tennis Coach – Competitive Junior Development

About the role

JTP Tennis Academy is looking for an experienced, passionate, and highly motivated Tennis Coach to join its growing coaching team. The role focuses on developing players of all ages, with a particular emphasis on competitive junior pathways and high‑performance tennis.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality individual and group coaching sessions for all age groups and standards.
• Lead the development of competitive junior players for local, regional and international tournaments.
• Design and implement individualized player development plans and provide match analysis.
• Coach players during tournaments, offering performance feedback and technical, tactical, physical and mental guidance.
• Monitor progress, communicate regularly with players and parents, and support assessments and pathway recommendations.
• Assist with academy events, camps, internal competitions and promotional activities while maintaining a safe, positive environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of tennis coaching experience, including work with competitive junior players.
• Recognized high‑level coaching certification and proven track record of guiding players through long‑term development pathways.
• Experience coaching at national, regional or international tournament levels and providing match analysis.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with players, parents and fellow coaches.
• First Aid certification is an advantage.
