Tennis & Padel Coach – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Advantage Sports Services is seeking a dynamic Tennis & Padel Coach to deliver high‑quality coaching to junior and adult players in Abu Dhabi. You will work across academies, schools, clubs and community programmes, helping to grow participation in one of the UAE’s fastest‑growing sports.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging tennis and padel coaching sessions for individuals, groups and academies.
• Conduct private lessons, group programmes and holiday camps.
• Develop structured, progressive coaching plans to improve player performance.
• Build strong relationships with players, parents and club members.
• Support tournaments, leagues, club events and community initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism and customer service.

Required profile

• Recognised Padel Coaching Qualification (FIP, National Federation or equivalent).
• Recognised Tennis Coaching Qualification (PRT, ITF or equivalent).
• Proven experience coaching junior and adult players.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic and professional attitude.
• Passion for developing players and expanding padel participation.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Padel coaching certification (FIP or national federation).
• Tennis coaching certification (PRT or ITF).
• First‑Aid certification (preferred).
