Theoretical Knowledge Instructor

About the role

The Theoretical Knowledge Instructor will deliver high‑quality aviation theory lectures to students preparing for licensing exams and safe flight operations. You will ensure learners acquire the essential theoretical foundation required for their future careers in aviation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct theory classes in line with approved curricula and Academy manuals.
• Maintain and regularly update lesson plans, training materials, and student performance records.
• Provide constructive feedback, mentor students, and foster a professional learning environment.
• Utilise training resources efficiently and contribute to curriculum development.
• Uphold examination confidentiality, safety standards, and required documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• A degree or diploma in aviation, aeronautics, aerospace engineering or a related field.
• Relevant pilot or aircraft maintenance licence (e.g., PPL, CPL, ATPL) is advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an instructor or in a comparable aviation role.
• Strong presentation, communication and classroom‑management abilities.
• Completed instructional‑technique training; a Train‑the‑Trainer certificate is preferred.
