TikTok LIVE Creator Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking motivated junior recruiters to join our TikTok LIVE creator network. You will be responsible for attracting and onboarding new creators, helping the platform grow while meeting clear monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard at least 20 new creators to TikTok LIVE each month.
• Maintain accurate recruitment sheets after each successful hire.
• Submit weekly performance reports to management.
• Attend regular meetings with senior management.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with recruited creators.
• Work toward monthly recruitment targets and broader team goals.

Required profile

• Confident communicator comfortable speaking with people.
• Motivated by targets and performance metrics.
• Fast learner with a strong work ethic.
• Skilled at building and maintaining relationships.
• Willing to work night shifts (7 PM – 2 AM).
• Interest in social media and the creator ecosystem.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required.

What we offer

• Base salary of AED 6,000 per month.
• 5 % commission on revenue generated by recruited creators.
