About the role

My client is a leading automotive business in the Middle East seeking an outstanding manager to support their sales team across the country.

Key responsibilities

Manage the annual training calendar and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
Develop, deliver and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Monitor dealer standards and compliance with Principal/OEM requirements.
Identify compliance gaps and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
Localize Principal training programs and provide ongoing product and brand knowledge to sales teams.
Oversee basic aspects of the PDI process, vehicle preparation logistics and stock movement.

Required profile

Proven experience as an Automotive Sales/Product/Brand Training Manager.
Strong stakeholder and OEM management capabilities.
Experience with dealer standards, compliance monitoring and corrective action coordination.
Ability to conduct training needs analysis and manage training calendars.
