Training and Compliance Manager - Automotive

About the role

My client is a leading automotive business in the Middle East seeking an outstanding manager to support their sales team across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the annual training calendar and conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Develop, deliver and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Monitor dealer standards and compliance with Principal/OEM requirements.
• Identify compliance gaps and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Localize Principal training programs and provide ongoing product and brand knowledge to sales teams.
• Oversee basic aspects of the PDI process, vehicle preparation logistics and stock movement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Automotive Sales/Product/Brand Training Manager.
• Strong stakeholder and OEM management capabilities.
• Experience with dealer standards, compliance monitoring and corrective action coordination.
• Ability to conduct training needs analysis and manage training calendars.
