Turkish-Speaking Receptionist - Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah

About the role

Hilton is hiring a full-time Receptionist at its Dubai Palm Jumeirah hotel. The role centres on welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out and delivering a memorable stay, with a requirement for Turkish-speaking ability.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival, handle check-in (verify details, assign rooms, issue keys, give welcome materials or bell service)
• Process check-outs: verify charges, handle payments, issue receipts and use the point-of-sale system
• Answer guest questions with knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and the local area
• Use up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximise room and service revenue
• Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns promptly and manage messages and communications

Required profile

• A passion for hospitality
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and accountability
• Ability to act with urgency and discipline
• Turkish-speaking ability
