Vice President, Product Management – Authentication Products (EEMEA)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Vice President to lead product management for its Authentication Products across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EEMEA). The role focuses on deploying and managing identity verification and digital identity solutions that keep digital payments secure and convenient.

Key responsibilities

• Act as regional lead and primary product contact for recently acquired identity verification services.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for identity verification and integrated solutions such as 3DS, Passkey, ABU, and biometric checkout.
• Collaborate with digital commercialization sales specialists to create integrated sales plans for priority markets.
• Ensure sales revenue targets are met for identity verification and synergy solutions.
• Establish processes, track KPIs, and report performance to regional and global senior management.
• Gather customer feedback, communicate insights to product teams, and identify new market opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven senior product management experience in authentication, identity verification, or digital payments.
• Experience working with issuers, acquirers, processors, and government entities.
• Strong track record of leading regional product strategy and go‑to‑market execution.
