About the role
Join Pullman Dubai Downtown, a 5‑star hotel in Business Bay, as a Waiter/Waitress. You will be the face of our food & beverage service, delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring each guest feels valued.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with menu items, providing informative and helpful recommendations.
- Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items and preparation methods.
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while remaining calm and courteous.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Strong food & beverage product knowledge.
- Ability to focus on guest needs and deliver high‑quality service.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑standards hospitality setting.
