About the role
Join the Smokin’ Gun team at JA The Resort in Jebel Ali, Dubai, and be at the heart of the guest experience. You will ensure every table feels welcomed, attended, and valued while delivering memorable dining moments.
Key responsibilities
- Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Deliver attentive, personalized guest service.
- Maintain table cleanliness and presentation.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
- Upsell menu items confidently.
- Ensure smooth and seamless service flow.
Required profile
- Friendly, positive, and approachable personality.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced service environment.
- Team player mindset with a great attitude.
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
