Warehouse Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to join DSV’s logistics team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining product quality in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive invoices and packing lists for inbound shipments and verify item tallies.
• Report damages, short or over shipments, and discrepancies to the Team Leader.
• Complete Materials Discrepancy Notes (MDN) or related forms and forward them for review.
• Segregate items, scan when required, and put them away in correct locations for efficient retrieval.
• Prepare manual put‑away sheets for final verification.
• Pick items for outbound shipments, verify against pick lists, and record details.
• Pack shipments according to specifications and apply required labels and stickers.
• Assist the Team Leader with stock checks, cycle counts, and other tasks as needed.
• Follow DSV policies, food safety standards, and hygiene requirements.
• Escalate problems, exceptions, and improvement opportunities to the Team Leader.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Team Leader.

Required profile

• High school education.
• Preferably 1 year of warehouse operation experience.
• Safety awareness and basic numerical skills.
• Good listening ability and capacity to understand instructions.
• Fluent communication skills in English (read, write, speak).
• Ability to operate basic computer equipment such as scanners.
