Web Platforms Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Manager, Web Platforms to own the end‑to‑end development, performance and evolution of our web platforms in Abu Dhabi. The role blends full‑stack engineering, UX/UI design, SEO, analytics and security to deliver a secure, high‑performing and user‑friendly digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end‑to‑end web applications using modern frameworks such as Next.js, React or Angular.
• Manage backend development, API integrations and database connectivity (SQL/NoSQL).
• Lead UX/UI design enhancements, including wireframing, prototyping and user journey mapping.
• Own SEO strategy, discoverability and web indexing best practices.
• Manage analytics, tracking tags and advertising integrations (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).
• Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues and improve scalability and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on feature enhancements and platform updates.
• Support CRM setup and integrations, including Zoho and HubSpot.
• Oversee hosting, deployment systems, version control and release workflows.
• Design and integrate third‑party APIs and ensure compliance with web security standards.
• Integrate AI solutions to enhance workflow productivity and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years of full‑stack web development experience.
• Previous experience in education, digital platforms or marketing‑focused environments is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced JavaScript with frameworks such as Next.js, React or Angular.
• Backend development using Node.js, Python or similar technologies.
• API development and integration.
• Version control with Git and experience with deployment pipelines.
• SQL and NoSQL database management.
• Web security and authentication best practices.
• SEO tools, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• UX/UI design, wireframing and prototyping.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered development tools and web automation solutions.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Zoho and HubSpot.
