Workfront Engineer

About the role

Samsung E&A is seeking a Workfront Engineer with hands‑on construction experience and expertise in Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) to develop and manage construction work packages (CWP) on EPC projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage CWP plans based on CWA PoC priorities, considering resource allocation, scheduling and budgeting.
• Identify and resolve engineering, procurement and construction constraints using dedicated tools and processes.
• Manage target schedules for CWPs and monitor progress with 3D modeling (UPV) and simulation tools (UG Navigator).
• Use FMCS to identify and manage Site Hold Points for IWP and ensure actual workfronts are secured.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any branch).
• Petrochemical EPC field experience preferred.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of EPC and AWP (CWP, EWP, IWP, TWP).
• Experience with 3D model review tools such as Navisworks and UPV.
• Familiarity with SECL legacy systems (EDWP, FMCS, S‑AWP).
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Advanced MS Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Data Tables).
