Account Executive – Client Relations & Business Growth

About the role

Rayqube is seeking an Account Executive to manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive business growth across its immersive experiential technology projects. The role involves collaborating with internal creative, design, technical and production teams to deliver tailored solutions for brands, government entities and cultural institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and interpret client briefs, budgets and timelines, acting as the main point of contact throughout pitch and project stages.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and regular follow‑ups, translating requirements into clear briefs for internal teams.
• Coordinate the preparation of proposals, designs, quotations and pitch presentations, ensuring timely delivery.
• Present concepts and commercial proposals confidently to clients, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify repeat‑business opportunities and manage feedback, revisions and approvals.
• Keep an updated sales pipeline, provide progress reports and hand over confirmed projects to the delivery team.
• Support the project team with client communication when required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in account management, business development, events, exhibitions, advertising or a creative agency.
• Strong client‑facing, presentation, negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• UAE agency experience and a valid UAE driving licence are advantages.
