About the role

As an Account Executive Manager based in Abu Dhabi, you will lead a team of SMB Account Executives, driving them to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets in a fast‑growing environment. You will combine strategic oversight with hands‑on involvement in both new customer acquisition and existing account management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve revenue goals.
• Foster a high‑performance sales culture focused on accountability, skill development and goal alignment.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to streamline processes and optimise sales strategies.
• Oversee new customer acquisition and install‑base account management with tailored approaches.
• Identify performance gaps and implement strategic plans to maximise individual and team impact.
• Apply critical thinking and problem‑solving to leverage key business levers.
• Promote an inclusive environment that supports team development and recognises achievements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience covering both transactional and strategic deal cycles.
• Proven experience managing sales teams with a focus on revenue‑driven outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally to deliver business results.
• Track record of developing talent and improving team performance.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills, especially in hyper‑growth settings.
• Hands‑on experience in new customer acquisition and install‑base account management.
