Account Manager – Visual Instruments (Projectors)

About the role

Epson Middle East is looking for an Account Manager to grow its Visual Instruments (VI) business in the UAE. The role focuses on expanding sales through Tier‑1 distribution partners and building a project pipeline with System Integrators, especially in the education sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow Epson VI business across the UAE.
• Build strong relationships with Tier‑1 distributors and support them in identifying new customers and projects.
• Establish and manage relationships with key System Integrators (Tier‑2) to generate project opportunities.
• Create and maintain a robust pipeline of VI opportunities and keep the sales forecast up to date.
• Identify education customers, projects and decision‑makers, and work with partners to increase product knowledge and demos.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, marketing and product teams to support sales opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends in the UAE.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Experience working with distributors, resellers or System Integrators.
• Background in sales of A/V products or solutions, preferably in education or hospitality markets.
• Good understanding of the UAE market, especially the education sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of projectors, visual displays and audio‑video solutions.
• Experience in channel sales and project‑based business development.
