Architect Specialist

About the role

The Travel Retail Architect Specialist will support the development and delivery of Dior Parfums retail projects across a variety of store formats. The role blends strategic project management with strong architectural and technical design expertise, ensuring each project reflects the Maison’s identity, luxury standards, and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead flagship projects end‑to‑end as Project Manager, defining scope, managing budgets, timelines, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Act as Design Specialist for B and C projects, creating and adapting technical design packages for local implementation.
• Translate creative concepts into construction‑ready architectural plans, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Review and validate drawings, materials, finishes, and technical solutions to guarantee quality and brand consistency.
• Coordinate with HQ architecture, procurement, visual merchandising, construction teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support tendering, procurement, site follow‑up, and implementation activities across all project types.

Required profile

• Proven experience in architectural design and retail project management.
• Strong understanding of local building regulations, technical constraints, and sustainability requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
