Area Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple outlets in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, driving financial performance and maintaining brand consistency across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of all assigned outlets, guaranteeing compliance with brand standards, health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor store performance metrics such as sales, costs, quality and service, and conduct regular visits and audits to ensure operational consistency.
• Review and analyse P&L statements, identify under‑performing stores and implement corrective action plans to boost sales growth and profitability.
• Lead, mentor and develop Store Managers and their teams, overseeing staffing, training, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Manage customer experience by handling escalated complaints, monitoring online feedback and ensuring a high standard of service.
• Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, coordinate local promotions with the Marketing team and maintain visual merchandising and food presentation standards.
