Artists Liaison Officer (Seasonal)

About the role

The Artists Liaison Officer will act as the primary point of contact between Addmind’s venues in Dubai and the artists, performers, DJs and entertainers who appear on the entertainment calendar. Working on a seasonal basis, the role ensures smooth coordination of bookings, logistics and on‑site support to deliver a high‑quality guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for artists, agents and management, handling booking confirmations, contracts and performance schedules.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, visas, accommodation and ground transportation, and ensure all hospitality riders are met.
• Manage soundcheck, load‑in/load‑out times and green‑room set‑up in collaboration with venue operations.
• Prepare and distribute artist itineraries, briefing documents and hospitality schedules to internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, riders and correspondence; produce post‑event reports summarising logistics and feedback.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
