Associate Account Manager – Northern Emirates

About the role
Fresha is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support its growing portfolio of partners in the Northern Emirates. Reporting to the Account Manager Team Lead, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with salon, spa and wellness businesses and driving the monetisation of the Fresha platform.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve key performance indicators related to revenue growth, retention and platform monetisation.
- Analyse partner reports and develop upselling plans to increase monetised revenue.
- Conduct regular online video meetings to educate partners on platform value and ensure a high‑quality partner experience.
- Maintain consistent account administration and follow up on partner queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams while working onsite five days a week.
Required profile
- Fluent Arabic speaking (mandatory).
- Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Willingness to work from the office in Sharjah five days per week.
