Associate Watch Advisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Associate Watch Advisor will represent A. Lange & Söhne in our Dubai boutique, delivering an exceptional luxury experience to high‑net‑worth clients. You will drive sales, manage client relationships and uphold the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales targets while complying with brand strategy and legal regulations.
• Organise private viewings for VIP clients and develop action plans with the Assistant/Boutique Manager.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring impeccable client service and boutique presentation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, handle client complaints, and coordinate after‑sales services.
• Participate in stocktaking, replenish sold timepieces, and oversee maintenance of watches and accessories.
• Manage cash register operations, credit‑card transactions and financial reporting in line with fiscal regulations.

Required profile

• Strong passion for luxury watchmaking and brand heritage.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with high‑net‑worth clientele.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work collaboratively with boutique management.
• Ability to handle high‑value transactions and maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for client management.
