Assurance Audit Graduate Programme – UAE Nationals

About the role

Join EY’s Assurance service line in Dubai as a graduate auditor dedicated to serving UAE nationals. You will work on external audit engagements, helping clients achieve transparency and confidence in their financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform audit procedures and document findings in accordance with applicable financial reporting frameworks.
• Assist in preparing audit reports that present a fair view of clients’ financial statements.
• Collaborate with senior auditors to evaluate accounting processes, including financial close, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Contribute to client meetings and present observations and recommendations.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within 18 months) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical mindset and curiosity to ask better questions.
• Inclusive attitude, embracing diverse perspectives and building trust.
• UAE national status, as only nationals will be considered.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of auditing, accounting, and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to document and evaluate financial accounting processes.
