B2B Sales Executive – Ice Cream Division (HORECA)

About the role

The fast‑growing food and beverage organization is seeking a results‑driven B2B Sales Executive to expand its Ice Cream Division across the UAE HORECA market. You will be responsible for acquiring new institutional accounts, deepening relationships with hospitality, restaurant and catering clients, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and onboard new B2B accounts within the UAE HORECA sector.
• Drive sales growth to meet or exceed monthly targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain existing client relationships, address inquiries and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with supply‑chain and logistics teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
• Present product portfolios and conduct market analysis to uncover new channel opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven HORECA sales experience in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Experience in frozen foods, dairy or ice‑cream distribution is highly advantageous.
