B2B Sales Products Officer

About the role

Etihad Airways is looking for a highly analytical B2B Sales Products Officer to support the growth and effectiveness of its B2B Sales Products & Programs function. The role will ensure accurate implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of sales products, pricing models and reporting tools while providing insights that drive commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pricing and incentive models to keep product offerings competitive.
• Support development and rollout of B2B sales products and specialty programs.
• Administer internal and external sales support inboxes, ensuring timely responses.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
• Generate and analyse sales performance, customer and program reports using Tableau and Power BI.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.
• Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders on products, programs and policies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to keep sales policies and communications up‑to‑date.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives for sales processes and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, business analytics or a related commercial function.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills.
• Customer‑centric attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
