About the role

Join La Petite Maison as the Bar Manager for an exciting new beachfront restaurant in Dubai. You will lead the bar team, shape the drinks program, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience in a relaxed, elegant setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and maintain high service standards.
• Lead, train, and develop a motivated bar team.
• Create and refine cocktail and drinks menus that reflect the brand’s French‑Mediterranean style.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimise profitability.
• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Drive bar revenue through innovative promotions and excellent service.

Required profile

• Proven bar management experience in a premium venue.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends.
• Leadership skills with a focus on training and motivation.
• Solid understanding of stock management and cost control.
• Fluent English communication.
