About the role

We are looking for a Barista to join our Guest Service team at Aloft Hotels in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering memorable food and beverage experiences, ensuring guests enjoy high‑quality service in a vibrant hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages to guests while maintaining quality standards.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and ensure timely service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front‑of‑house staff to coordinate service and manage the menu.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Less than 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) during shifts.
