Bell Attendant

About the role

Assist guests with luggage handling, loading, and unloading with care and professionalism during arrival and departure. Greet guests warmly and provide courteous guidance throughout the hotel, including the lobby, entrance, and parking areas.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate guest flow and movement to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
• Maintain awareness of hotel layout, services, and amenities to give accurate information and directions.
• Ensure guest safety and security by following established protocols.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with a solution‑oriented approach.
• Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to deliver coordinated service.
• Monitor and report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a bellman or in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
• Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
