About the role
We are looking for a motivated Bellboy to join the Front Office team at Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service from arrival to departure, ensuring every stay is memorable.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage from arrival point to room and vice‑versa at checkout.
- Handle guest messages, mail, and packages promptly and professionally.
- Deliver morning newspapers and other guest deliveries without delay.
- Maintain clear communication with all hotel departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Keep the concierge desk and store room clean, tidy, and well‑organized.
- Stay up‑to‑date on hotel facilities, local services, and guest profiles using the Opera system.
Required profile
- Diploma in hospitality or relevant vocational training.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Physically fit, proactive, and customer‑focused.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
