Building & Technical Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Building & Technical Supervisor to manage daily maintenance and technical operations across residential properties in Dubai. The role involves overseeing technicians, coordinating contractors, and ensuring a safe, well‑maintained living environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians and external contractors.
• Conduct regular building inspections and address any deficiencies.
• Handle maintenance emergencies and resident complaints promptly.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programmes.
• Monitor contractor performance to guarantee quality and timely completion.
• Prepare and follow up on maintenance reports and outstanding issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience in building maintenance, facilities management or property management.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Good English communication skills.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Building maintenance and technical expertise.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
