Business Development Director – Commercial Lead

About the role

Drive Solutions21’s revenue growth across the UAE, GCC and international markets by building a diversified, high‑quality client portfolio and a repeatable commercial engine. The role reports directly to the CEO and includes promoting the company’s AI application‑building platform (Tatbiq) to enterprise and government customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle – prospecting, qualification, solutioning with delivery, proposals, negotiation and closing.
• Build a balanced portfolio across verticals such as Government, Healthcare, Real Estate, Transport, Utilities and more.
• Lead RFP and tender pursuits end‑to‑end, including Arabic‑language submissions and local references.
• Grow recurring managed‑services revenue through land‑and‑expand strategies.
• Champion and sell the AI platform (Tatbiq) and cross‑sell enterprise licensing.
• Develop channels and partnerships with system integrators and local partners.
• Maintain a structured pipeline in CRM with accurate forecasting and deal structuring.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B business‑development experience in IT services, software or digital transformation, with closed deals of AED 5M+.
• Strong UAE network and deep understanding of government and semi‑government procurement processes.
• Business‑fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred for government and tender opportunities.
• Proven ability to sell managed services, recurring‑revenue models and partnership deals.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Required skills

• CRM proficiency and disciplined forecasting.
• Experience with AI platform solutions (Tatbiq) and SaaS offerings.
