Business Development Executive – SEO (Real Estate Focus)

About the role

MaxRankPro is a specialised SEO and digital performance agency serving the real‑estate sector. We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can sell our SEO and digital visibility services to property developers, brokerages and other real‑estate firms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage real‑estate companies, developers and brokerages interested in SEO and online growth.
• Sell MaxRankPro’s SEO and digital visibility solutions tailored to the real‑estate market.
• Attend property expos, networking events and conferences to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
• Develop outreach strategies using LinkedIn, email and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales materials, proposals and case studies.
• Guide prospects through discovery calls, demos and long‑term relationship building.
• Stay updated on SEO trends, real‑estate marketing shifts and local market movements.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue and client‑acquisition targets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales or business development within digital marketing, SEO or advertising.
• Strong understanding of how SEO delivers ROI for clients.
• Prior experience selling to real‑estate companies or brokerages is a major plus.
• Confident networker able to represent the company at expos and client meetings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working independently.
