Zoom Digital Dubai is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand its digital‑marketing client portfolio in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads, acquire new clients and nurture existing relationships.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends and competitors to shape growth strategies.
• Develop and execute sales plans that align with company objectives and increase the customer base.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximise profitability while ensuring project delivery with internal teams.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking meetings.
• Track sales performance, prepare regular reports and optimise strategies based on data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of business development experience within a digital‑marketing agency.
• Comprehensive understanding of digital‑marketing services and how they are sold.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals and achieve revenue targets.
• Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
