Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will lead the growth strategy for the Swimming Pool & Landscape Division, aligning with Oasis Investment Company's overall objectives. This role focuses on expanding the client base, securing new projects, and driving revenue across residential, hospitality, commercial, and institutional sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a business development strategy for the Swimming Pool & Landscape Division.
• Identify and qualify potential clients, projects, and sustainable opportunities for pool construction, renovation, repair, maintenance, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
• Target residential communities, villas, hotels, resorts, commercial buildings, schools, sports facilities, property managers, developers, and government entities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, contractors, and facility management companies.
• Generate new business through direct engagement, networking, market intelligence, referrals, tenders, and strategic partnerships.
• Create a robust sales pipeline for AMC, reactive and preventive maintenance, refurbishment, renovation, and new pool construction.
• Explore additional services such as landscape development and maintenance where commercially viable.
• Conduct market research, monitor trends, competitor activity, pricing, and emerging opportunities.
• Coordinate site visits, surveys, and technical assessments with operations and technical teams.
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and proposals in collaboration with estimation and technical teams.
• Evaluate project scope, commercial potential, risks, and profitability before pursuing opportunities.
• Prepare and submit commercial proposals, tenders, and bids within required timelines.

Required profile

• Proven ability to establish and nurture professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the swimming pool industry and associated landscape services.
• Experience coordinating technical assessments and site visits.
• Capability to develop and execute strategic business plans.

Required skills

• Knowledge of filtration systems
• Experience with pumps and dosing systems
• Understanding of water treatment systems
• Familiarity with waterproofing and tiling
• Competence in plumbing, electrical systems, and MEP works
