Business Setup Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Business Setup Consultant to advise clients on company formation across mainland, freezone, and offshore jurisdictions in the UAE. The role involves guiding clients through licensing, documentation, and compliance while delivering strategic solutions that align with their business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on the most suitable company formation option (mainland, freezone, offshore) based on their goals and regulatory requirements.
• Guide clients through the entire setup process, including documentation, licensing, and compliance with local authorities.
• Develop and execute business strategies that align with client objectives.
• Stay updated on changes in UAE business laws, government policies, and licensing regulations.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business through effective communication.
• Maintain CRM systems and provide regular project status updates and reports to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business consulting with a proven track record in mainland, freezone, and offshore company formation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE business jurisdictions, licensing, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project‑management abilities.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
