About the role
The Butler at St. Regis Dubai delivers personalized, high‑touch service throughout the guest journey, from pre‑arrival to departure. This role is the primary face of the iconic Butler program, creating memorable experiences for luxury guests.
Key responsibilities
- Provide bespoke experiences and services during pre‑arrival, check‑in, stay, and departure.
- Coordinate Butler Valets and ensure other departments are prepared to meet guest needs.
- Build rapport with guests, proactively anticipate and act on their requests.
- Maintain high standards of uniform, personal appearance, and professional communication.
- Follow safety, quality, and company policies at all times.
- Perform physical duties such as standing for extended periods and lifting objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of related hospitality experience.
- Fluency in Arabic or Russian (mandatory).
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
