About the role

As a Butler at Banyan Tree Dubai, you will deliver highly personalised, intuitive, and discreet service throughout the guest journey. You will anticipate guests' needs, manage individual preferences, and create memorable experiences that reflect the brand's commitment to exceptional luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their accommodation and introduce room features, resort facilities and available services.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of guest profiles, preferences and special occasions to personalise each stay.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all guest requests, coordinating unpacking/packing, dining reservations and transportation.
• Ensure every interaction is delivered with warmth, professionalism, genuine care, privacy and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to anticipate and respond to guests' needs promptly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining guest privacy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and understand individual preferences.
