Buying Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Buying Coordinator to support buying and visual merchandising activities for the UAE market. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to assortment planning, stock optimisation and retail performance analysis in a fast‑growing fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support assortment planning and buying decisions using sales data and local market insights.
• Analyse sales performance, stock levels and NOOS programmes to drive replenishment and stock optimisation.
• Assist with pricing, promotions and competitor benchmarking in the UAE market.
• Support budget tracking, forecasting and regular reporting.
• Coordinate product assortments and stock packages for new store openings.
• Assist visual‑merchandising execution in line with brand and regional guidelines.
• Collaborate with store, retail, marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth day‑to‑day execution.

Required profile

• Retail or fashion background; first experience in buying, merchandising or planning is a plus.
• Degree in Fashion, Business, Commerce or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and KPIs.
• Interest in fashion trends, retail dynamics and customer behaviour.
• Well‑organized, detail‑focused and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, hands‑on and solution‑oriented mindset.
